I appreciate your efforts in trying to combine what's popular and what's not so popular. Bangalore as an eating destination has been done so many times by so many people that your video did seem a bit of a fresh air! I did notice your eating dosa only with your right hand - something that's quite unusual for a North Indian! Also appreciate you trying to provide info on food that's not so popular outside Bengaluru ❤

Raja Gobi is probably the most popular Gobi Manchurian outlets in Bengaluru. The manchurian pieces are quite chunky as compared to other outlets in the city. I have never had meat versions of manchurian but did hear meat eaters saying that the manchurian at Raja Gobi is indeed meaty.

No, ghee is not used in all dose in Bengaluru. It has become an unwanted trend. Traditionally made dose is always better & you will not get a heart attack. These nonsense restaurants like Rameswaram, Umesh, CTR etc. have spoilt the humble dose.

why do BA Pass India food vloggers use words that are not outside the Indian English vocabulary. e.g Yogurt, Caramelized onion. Tommorow they will use words like Cilantro and Cottage Chesse.
