Hi! Please I need to know if it’s possible: is Prana heal these symptoms ?? I saw your video by KZbin, I hope I will be healed soon because of pain and pressure around my low back, tailbone more pressure and rectum and anus with imbalance of muscles and nerves pain and I’m not able to sit comfortably this is 2 years even I’m struggling with constipation with my digestion too and all this stopped me to get job and I become as low income mom ! 🙏🏻😢

Very slow when moving on the body parts. I feel it should jump from one part to other quickly rather than having a long pause between them.

It should, however when going at the normal rate I have a lot of people saying it gives them anxiety that I am going too fast. Fortunately, as you continue doing this meditation and internalize the practices you can do everything in this video in a manner of seconds at your own rate, this is as it should be.
