The position of your both hands look different. It should be in some Mudras, like Gian Mudra, Dhyan Mudra etc. What do you think? let me know.

Ugh, I stopped at about a minute because the breathing was too fast for me. Could I be mistaken? Is there a yoga person I could discuss this with, just so that I would be able to get the first pranayama exercise correct?
