Necessary materials
cauliflower (1.5 kilograms).
water ( 1.5 liters ).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
2 tablespoons of milk (16 ml).
3 eggs.
3 tablespoons of flour (60 grams).
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (18 ml).
5 mushrooms (100 grams).
4 green peppers.
2 red peppers.
1 carrot.
1 onion.
2 tomatoes.
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 tsp mint.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
4 tablespoons of olive oil ( 25 ml ).
cheddar cheese (150 grams).
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

This is delicious. I've prepared it many times. Only tip though: After boiling culliflower, use a piece of cloth to drain the water before mixing it with the other ingredients. It will make a compact and crunchy crust, instead of a mushy one.
