Contents Used
3 eggs (reserve 2 egg yolks for the topping).
1 cup of yoghurt (200 grams).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
1 packet of dry yeast (10 grams).
1/2 cup vegetable oil ( 100 ml ).
4 cups of flour (480 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
For the filling:
1 onion.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 15 ml ).
2 potatoes.
chicken fillet (200 grams).
5 green peppers.
2 red peppers.
2 tablespoons of ketchup (30 grams).
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (50 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of mint.
1/2 teaspoon, black pepper.
For the above:
2 eggs (yolks).
Sesame.
poppy.
Cooking suggestion: Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 20 - 25 minutes.

These really do look lovely. I’m personally not 100% sure about the flavours in the filling, but that can be personal preference and jiggled with, however, the presentation of the video and the concept of the dish is fabulous, will definitely be having a go!

I was really surprised at adding mint to this filling recipe! I think I'd rather use oregano or an Italian herb mix. Love the finished look! Thanks for posting this recipe!
