5 potatoes.
1/2 tea glass of milk (50 ml).
1 tablespoon of butter (30 g).
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
chicken meat (600 gr).
1 onion.
3 - 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1 red pepper.
2 green peppers.
2 tomatoes.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1/2 teaspoon dried mint.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of tomato paste.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.

2 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
1/2 tea glass of water (50 ml).
plain cheese (50 gr).
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

Казалось бы ничего необычного нет., просто курочка тушеная с овощами, а на гарнир картофельное пюре. Но оформленно, конечно, классно. Прямо аппетит появился. Попробую этот рецепт, но в пюре добавлю немного муки, чтобы эта лодочка была более крепкой. А все остальное просто прелесть. Смотрю из Казахстана, Алматы
