Namestay n with great respect to you i want to ask that can we do Prtayahara with remembering holy name of God! It help me alot to turn my senses inward. Please guide me

Sorry for a late reply. I just watched this video searching for pratyahara. When I pray it gets me into a calm state so I can enter pratyahara if I want to. In order to do so you have to get rid of all thoughts and be in the present NOW. So I find that at a certain point that praying or mantras are hindrance. However if one does mantras continuously they could reach a state similar to pratyahara because that can be a form of meditation so long as the mind is not bothered by such stimulation but I find it a distraction for pure pratyahara or sense withdrawal.

Breathing and posture. Focus on breath..

Yoni mudra and focus on breath for 10 to 30 minutes, but you can also do yoga nidra or Antar Mouna.
