Prawn Breyani | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
A scrumptious pot of breyani bursting with prawn flavour
Ingredients:
2.5 cups of Nagiah's Basmati Rice
Cardamon Pods
Cinnamon Sticks
Bay Leaves
Half a tsp of of Turmeric
Salt
Boiling Water
Three quarter of a cup -Masoor Dhal
0.25tsp of Turmeric
Thyme
Salt
Mint Leaves
Boiling Water
1kg of Cleaned and deveined Prawns
1tsp of Crushed Garlic
1tsp of Turmeric
1tsp of Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 sp of Roasted Coriander / Dhania powder
Prawn Fry:
1 tbs of Butter
Oil
Potatoes:
Oil
Salt
Egg Yellow Coloring
*Put in the oven for 30 minutes and 180c
6 to 8 tomatoes
Blend 2 Tomatoes a handful of Mint and Cilantro / Coriander / Dhania
Less than a quarter cup of Oil
Cinnamon Sticks
Star-Anise
Bay Leaves
Thyme
Fresh Curry Leaves
2 Onions
2 Chillies
Ground Spices:
1tsp of Cumin / Jeera powder
1tsp of Coriander / Dhania powder
1 levelled tsp of Turmeric
3tbs of Nagiahs Everyday Masala
2tbs of Kashmiri Chilli powder
1tsp of Breyani Mix
0.25tsp of Cardamon / Elachi
Fresh Cilantro / Coriander / Dhania & Mint
Melt 2tbs of Butter
