The hedgehog looked a bit under the weather. I wouldn’t expect to see him on the beach. Enjoyed seeing the baby cuttlefish underwater. Glad that you enjoyed your prawns. Since I’m not a fish or shellfish lover I really enjoy bbq chicken.

Great video Smash as always!! I loved the catch and cook too. That baby cuttle fish looked like it wanted a piece of you. Loads of creatures in this one. Nice haul of prawns 🍤 and they looked delicious. I’ll be going after freshwater crayfish soon. Haven’t been out with the net in a while. 👍🇨🇦

@@SMASHFISHING Crayfish are delicious Smash I used to go to Roger Daltreys trout fishery where they were in abundance and a nuisance they had traps everywhere for them barbecued them at the lodge and you could help yourselves to as many as you wanted happy days lol Roger was a nice bloke to chat with too

Another excellent video Smash, I took my granddaughter out on Tuesday night and she caught a sand eel, a mackerel and a duck yes a duck wipe the out my self on Thursday afternoon lost 4 but took 10 mackerel home am a happy tight lines till the next one

Those skewers looked a beauty. If you can get sugar cane, carved cane strips make great skewers and not only give the prawns a lovely flavour, but they are edible as well.

Nice video, great forage. Have you ever used those tiny cuttlefish as bait? We use strips of cuttlefish here in spain for quite a few species but those little ones look great for bass 😁 what are your thoughts ?

You guys are so lucky in Guernsey. You would laugh at the size of the shrimps we catch and eat. You throw them away. The only prawns we get are available at the fish market!!! Like your image. Bit dont know the fish you are yrying to mimic.Hehe! Good to have you back
