Let’s make some Mangalore-style prawns ghee roast
Take a pan and heat it well add the below ingredients and roast it on low flame
*Coriander seeds
*Fennel seeds
*Cumin seeds
*Black pepper
*Fenugreek seeds
*Mustard seeds
*Poppy seeds
Keep it aside and let it cool
*Dried Kashmiri chilli
Remove the seeds of the chillies
Soak it in hot water along with
*Cashew nut for 30 minutes
In a mixer, jar add the whole spices
*Garlic
And soaked chillies and make a fine paste by adding little water
Take a pan and add 3 tbsp of ghee and shallow fry the prawns which are marinated with turmeric powder and salt
After frying take out the prawns
In the same ghee add the masala &cook it in medium flame by continuously stirring, to adjust the consistency add the required water. Add salt as per requirement. When the paste is cooked add prawns &stir it well, further add curry leaves
Close the lid for few minutes
Our prawn’s ghee roast is ready to enjoyyyyy
