Prayer Without Hindrance
There are many reasons to cause hindrance in our prayers here are 5
3 reasons are on Earth
1. You are not right with God
a. Your Attitude
b. Your Action
2. You aren’t right with others
a. You cannot forgive people what they do to you
b. When they cannot forgive you.
Matthew chapt5: if your brother has something against you - go and deal with it!
3. You are not right with yourself
And that includes physical exhaustion or emotional issues
There could be two hinderances on the the Heavenly side :
A. Satan is fighting you
- but don’t blame him for 1,2,3 above!
B. God choosing not to reply at this time .....but Why would God not reply?
Because he wants you to move up in the school of prayer! He wants you to learn and grow

I want to be right with God. My husband was murdered 5 months ago and I cannot fathom forgiveness right now. God is so far away right now. Praying for answers to so many prayers and seeking where I need to repent so I can hear God.

BUT...? Yes it must help if we are right with God in all these areas BUT we are told that God is like a loving Father who cares for his children even more than a human father does. A loving father doesn't behave like a sulky person and wait until their children are 'right' with them before revealing their love? When we were list in sin did God wait until we were right with him before communicating his love to us? Of course not!

There are no buts ..........God is a loving Father but a loving father blesses and chastises and disciplines his children There is this perception that God is a soft touch, a loving God who turns a blind eye to what we do wrong. God loved us so much that whilst we were still sinners Christ died for us however lets not forget Jesus is coming back ....to judge the living and the dead and punish sin once and for all, Sin destroyed a creation that was good and perfect - and there is a price to pay for that Jesus made the way possible for us to be reconciled with God - he paid the price but there are conditions on us If we confess our sins - He is rightful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness, but that starts with us acknowledging our sins , confessing our sins ......."forgive us our sins as we forgive others who sin against us " We are to repent, turn away from, change...and be baptised for teh forgiveness of our sins However - if we continue to deliberately sin after we have received the knowledge of truth no sacrifice for sin is left Hebrews 10 There are two sides to this - a loving but 'just' God - and people who in return will repent, turn away from sinful ways .....love Him and obey his commandments ...we cannot love the world and love God

But if somebody can´t forgive you even if you are rightfully not to blame. What do you do? I met somebody that even after years is not interested in being friendly to me until I say i am sorry for something I am not to blame. I tried to talk calmly to that person when I met her by accident. But the only thing she is doing is blaming me and my husband and trying to make me talk bad about my husband. Years ago she did the same and even tried to make me split up with him. She is not a christian. This week she twice did cut the conversation off and walked away angry, stating the second time, she has the truth on her side. I´ve cried, I don´t want her to be angry with me, but I can´t say sorry for something I am not to blame. I do not want to be friends with her again, as she is toxic to my marriage and family. All I want is to be able to be friendly and say ´hi how are you´ when I meet her by accident. But even that will not be possible. Well, I will say hello, but she will turn her head in anger. I think all I can do is pray for her. I am not in the possibility to make it right.

Your are correct in your conclusion, all you can do is pray for this person - if she is not a christian your prayers may be critical to her future salvation Sometimes we just have to pray, and let go and let God ....... His timing is not always the same as our timing David teaches that these situations can hinder us in our prayers - even when we have done nothing wrong, others can still been offended - but you have tried and that is all you can do - now let go and let God ....and continue to pray for her without ceasing

If you ask the other person to forgive you and then you're clear of guilt. God is not going to hold you accountable for someone else's bitterness, that's between them and God after you've asked for forgiveness. Why should the innocent be held accountable for their lifestyle? Once you've tried to make it right God will hear your prayer.

Is it not hypocritical to ask s‘one for forgiveness if you are completely unaware of a wrong? Still I have done it, perhaps for the wrong reason = harmony! Yesterday, my first day out for a walk in a year, I met a true sister in Christ. What a gift from heaven! Out of the blue, she said: „Not seeing you for so long, what I have missed more than anything, has been your directness“!! Was this perhaps „the answer“ I had been looking for. My „direct“ question to my sister in Christ was: „Have you ever in 15 years of your faith shared the gospel with your husband and children? Do they know who Jesus is, what He means to you?“ - 5 weeks of silence! Just in case I had offended or even shocked her with such a direct question, I apologized by writing. What now? I leave the matter in God’s hands entirely, with all kinds of prayer in the Spirit, simply trusting Him and HIM ALONE!
