Lylith Harris Kesha's studio recording had the "breathiness" that high notes normally have edited out, so it had a purer sound. Hers here is live and had that breathy quality, which can sometimes make the note sound slightly sharp (higher) than it really is.

I've sang this song over 100 times. And last night on accident I was able to hit the note. I was totally messing around and being silly and I did it. I was in such shock, I never thought I'd be able to do it either. You can do it! Don't be afraid to just go for it. Have confidence in your ability and even if it sounds off key, keep practicing. Your voice isn't used to hitting that note so after a few times you should have a little more control over it. Good luck :)
