Me subah aerobics krti hu usk baad dhaniya ka pani leti hu. Then half an hour K baad breakfast krti hu. IS IT OKK

I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from *Agoge Diet* so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

My cooworker laughed when I told them I was going to become slimmer with just implementing Okibetonic Secrets, but after I showed these people awesome effects after I used it they are begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won't let them know the detail about this diet plan, haha

Thanks mam. U speak so well. I do aerobics n strength training at 10am to 11am. At 11wht we take because I go after having breakfast n take my lunch at 2.plz suggest something as i feel hungry aft coming back.

Nice, mam if we don't eat pre-workout meal what happens to our body because I have been jogging up to 5 k.m for four years. Could you please explain me thoroughly and I eat sprouts and fruits in my post work out can I eat it

Ruma Das talking only to the point can be highly misleading. One needs to know why rather than just what. For example if she says eat something before your workout in the morning, it could be misleading to a thyroid patient why should wait for 1 hour after taking the tablet. Patience is required to actually understand such things without jumping into conclusions!
