My company generated pre approval work permit but didn't gave me the job . I am staying on their 2 months visa. Still 1 month is left . Can I search for another job on their visa? And what should I do. Please reply

If are overstayed on tourist visa , you are responsible and if company completed your change status formalities and didn't past your residence permit, medical or Emirates ID within 2 months then company is responsible.

30 days pre approval validity only, if company didn't pay insurance and Labour card fees, otherwise they have to cancel pre approval
