@@chronicallyhopeful5407 I call all my friends named Victoria, ‘Ria’ 🤣 hope that’s okay and i’m totally hanging in there thank you! Summer hot weather is here and ugh just trying to make it with the vasovagal syncope. Hot temperature is a huge trigger and totally do not go outside during Summer. I’m like a vampire completely. Thank you so so much you have no idea how much of a big help you have been. Mentioned saline infusions to my Dr and she is totally up for it. Ever since I had heat stroke back in 2017, it’s been a struggle with this nervous system.

Oh and also do you have the name of the book available? I’d be so down to read and purchase it if she has it available on amazon or her page. Having a huge POTS flare up at the moment! Ugh!
