You are really good and I can tell that you really care for the patient. My heart always hurts a little bit because I so much enjoy watching These earwax removals. I know it has to hurt for the patient and I do feel bad for them. Thank you for helping them. And can you tell me why some ears have more hair than others some are long and some are short.

It didn't hurt the patient at all and rarely does. As for the hairs, theres no reason - everybody is different, that's just nature! Thanks for watching Kathy 😁

You need not pull ear hairs out; to my knowledge it's preferable to cut/trim them.
