Hey rinni I finally got to meet you in transition in Tremblant you and Tim have made a big impression on my tri life at the age of 52. When you passed me on the bike watching you in action was so amazing I was so happy you won that race. Hope you will come back to tremblant next year. Your an amazing athlete. Ps I finished the race but my nutrition was out the window I had to finish it on pure guts. Lol

I'm far from being a pro and my opinion probably isn't worth much but I think it depends on the conditions. Like when it's really cold some athletes change to dry clothes so they don't get sick etc...
