Katherine Steele it went so good!!! Right before I sang the lecturer gave a big speech about how she doesn't want anyone else to sing Jason Robert Brown and she regretted letting me do the song, she said that she doesn't think anyone with less that at least three years of experience would be able to sing this song because it's so difficult and she even sang 'Still hurting' for a performance and she couldn't get it right. Anyway this didn't phase me at all because I had been working really hard on the song and I knew I could do it justice. I got such an amazing reaction from my class that I went for it so much more that I had even done while rehearsing it! Once it was finished people in the class jumped up and started cheering and clapping and everyone gave me such good feedback afterwards. A girl in my class even said to the lecturer "looks like she proved you wrong". I'm so happy with it!
