Usually, I'll opt to skip hiring a guide and cram information on the way to the destination... but the Angkor Wat complex is one of those places where getting a guide gives far more insight than any text could bring. Definitely worth it

I did not use a guide, I met Mr Kim last year while I was here, he is my dedicated tuk tuk driver. I did use a guide for my first Angkor Wat visit, well worth it for the knowledge these guys have in this Angkor area.

This temple adventure made it for a very exciting day, the temples are very popular some more than others, but it was nice to walk through one without too many folks.

The tuktuk ride looks fun. The pupper decided to take the tour with you. I like that the place is relatively accessible. I think I could get my walker all the way in there even with the stairs. 😀 There were some smaller holes in some of the rocks. I wonder what they were for. The carvings are amazing and there’s so many of them. It’s just so lush and green over there. It’s coming winter here so I will be watching lots of “warm weather” video’s. Have a great time.

The Tuk Tuk ride is all part of travel experience that's why I like to add it. The temples for the most part are easy to get around but there are some challenging areas also. I have many more temple adventures coming.
