Now is my question: I was a heavy smoker, more than a chain smoker, for this I have smoker's cough and even after medication, I still have cough and once it starts it has a long bout. Cough syrup does not help. In such a situation, should I go for a cataract surgery, and if I do it, will it harm my vision for cough? Will you please enlighten me? I saw you gave replies yo all questions so I am hopefull you would do the same as I need surgeries for both the eyes.
