Sir, My Father heart attack happened februray 2024. We insert stent OM1,but after 1month Brain stroke happend(Hemoregic stroke).....Then after 2 month Again heart attack happened. What can i do now?

Hello doctor..i m having DVT and currently i m on Xeralto.. as u said and i seen some more videos.. xeralto comes under DOAC so there is less dietary restrictions..but my doctor advised low vitamin k diet.. so i am confused with what all fruits nd vegetables to avoid and what all to have.. please advise

Increased Vit K intake can lead to increased coagulation factors in body and hence increase risk of DVT. However there is no significant interaction between Vit K and DOACs as these drugs act through different pathways. So dietary restrictions are not that rigid. Still safer option is to have little less Vit K in ur diet.

Sir, should I visit you? I am having heart palpitations, Sharp pain in my head, burning sensation in chest and left chest, shortness of breath & also strokes after having any big or heavy meal. I had covid 1 month ago. I visited another cardiologist & done ecg & echo ( I was on prolocet xl during those tests) and tests were normal. My blood pressure mostly stay low since I had covid. When I told the cardiologist about stroke or thromboembolism as post covid complications & can you at least do a MRI. But he laughed and prescribed me Prolocet xl, T. Nexito & Quetiapine. I visited neurologist and he suggested me lonazep & remlyin d. I am 28 & I was a very healthy person before I had covid. But those meds didn't resolve my issue and its getting worse. Now added sharp pain, burning in my head along with low heart rate (20 to 23) while oxygen is (80), shortness of breath after eating which stays for 2 to 3 min. And occasionally chest pain. I don't know what to do. 🙏 Ps : I also had history with blood clot.
