I enjoy the smoothness and the geometry. The name and lid evokes a Japanese bento box. The rectilinear with lid evokes a Sullivan skyscraper. Similar to contemporary stackable containers. Suitable for any kind of embellishment and lovely. I had the good fortune to briefly visit Ketchikan and know a little about Tlingit culture and art. Ty

Hooligans are a type of food?! lol. I'm curious about examples of items that would be considered "special to the clan." I'm also curious how animal sinews could've been used to join the sides... Sounds gnarly. 😅 I'm also also curious what operculum shells are like. Never heard of them. Seaweed and dried fish sound pretty good right now, lol. I'd love to open a box smelling like that. Bonus if there's still some inside. 🤤
