We all need to acknowledge the amount of follow along workout content this guy is putting out there for free! Thanks! Friendly advice, you should do a patreon instead of the PayPal thing (but maybe you have a reason for doing it this way).

Another great workout video! The sprinter sit-ups were killer. I've done several of your videos and this was the first time I fell pretty far behind. Thumbs up for an awesome killer workout! I appreciate all the work you put into the videos

Hi Mike. Erik from the Netherlands again. You asked me a question concerning what we would like to see added to your videos. Well, do you think you can add a time clock at which we can see the actual time left for each exercise?

Hey Erik. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve actually tried adding a time clock but for some reason video time display and actual time during the videos never match up. I’ve tried many different ways. The EMOM videos has an example. You will notice it’s usually a second or 2 off. Of course I am a 1 man show and I’m sure there’s an editing company that could play with it. But I’ll look into it again
