I have not uploaded anything recent on the bug, felt like I'd exhausted the topic, may end up doing a bigger engine in the future though. I've tried to sell it for a couple years with no success so it seems like I may end up revamping it enstead.

I saw a photo of tour car on face book and looked for a video. Found it!! I want to do this with a Manx style fiberglass buggy but with a 16-18hp Briggs opposed twin. How fast do you think yours will go? I’m hoping for at least 50mph for mine.

Thank you for checking out my chanel and dropping a comment.. Mine does 15-20. The chanel Robot Cantina has a Honda car he got to do over 50mph with a predator 212. It's not about top speed but how fast you want to get their. I would gear it to do about 1/2 reduction from stock with a 16hp should get you up in the 40-50 mph range and still have decent power. @@worthshop I’ll try the Briggs first, if that doesn’t cut it I’ll try one of my extra Arctic cat 550 snowmobile engines. I think that’s rated at 65hp! That should get it going. Probably not as efficiently as the twin tho.
