Cheers for your videos. Helpful and enjoyable. I’ve just got my first beast!! 87 F250 6.9 Diesel. Gonna be watching all your videos to help me. Thank you. By the way - Have you done anything on the fuel gauge not working properly?

Im restoring my '96, 7.3 powerstroke pickup. Owned it since 2004. Lots of upgrades while fixing it. Shootin for 500hp. Big project. Im no auto body guy/ mechanic. I build stonewalls and plant trees. I know that truck tho. Im making my own panels for it. My adopted huskey that died back 5 yrs ago, trashed my interior panels the 1st wk I got him. Damn separation anxiety. Anyway, you did a real good job, bro. I love the diamond plate!!! That's what i want too. What an improvement to your ride. Thanks for taping and showing it.✌️Good luck w the other fixes.

Hey man, stumbled onto this looking up how to replace the electric ignition switch thats at the bottom of the column...had what i thought was a ignition lock cylinder switch problem but that wasnt it so ive been watching a lot of videos showing me the dissection of the steering column but as a last resort i was thinking of just wiring in a switch just like yours...great video

You can incorporate a few things to provide screen and shade. I was thinking put it on a party barge too . A pop-up camper could be useful for the trailer and title. Pop-up campers often are not useful but it's good to take down for one of these. Not for highway use but for relocation to keep the law out of your life.

I really like your vids - especially the IDI videos you have done since I just picked up a 1994 F-250 with the 7.3L IDIT. I was watching your video - would the boost elbow work on that setup? I would think I could limit what the wastegate sees to increase the boost. I’ll be running a boost gauge and pyrometer as well. Although, some of the reading have done says just to unhook the boost line to the wastegate, plug the line, and let it take care of itself. Thanks again for all the great diesel content and spreading the old skool word!

On the stock truck what 2 hot cables do you run on the mega fuse ? Where do they go both ends
@worthshopАй бұрын
One runs from the charging post of alternator to the mega fuse, the other goes from the mega fuse to the post with battery cables on the starter solonoid mounted to the passenger side fender.

I found a manufacturer of brass returns for my 7.3 non turbo IDI. They look simply amazing. My question is they have the return nipples in the center. Mine are on the edge. Does it matter? It isn't a matter of room. I have plenty. I believe the function is still the same.

Love the IDI content, it has all been very useful! I understand the social media grind can be exhausting and unfulfilling. Any content you choose to post in the future will still be appreciated by our small but mighty IDI community
