So today we did our 50 hour Service (Oil Only) on our Predator 3500 Generator.
We run this generator mostly for our race trailer, typically runs the Coleman Mack15 15,000 BTU Ac, mini fridge, Microwave, 5 gallon water heater and battery tender for both deep cycle batteries on our 36' race trailer all at the same time. Very happy with the purchase, no issues other than the fuel strainer falling into the tank a few times. Longest stretch we have gone so far is 41 hours straight, topping off the fuel very 8/9 hours.
NOTE: We had to install a Hard Start coil to the AC unit to run this due to the 64 locking amps to start the AC unit, very cheep solution ($12 Amazon). We run the AC at normally 65-67 degrees and we pull roughly 12-15 amps on the generator with the battery tender running. Before we kept kicking the generator into overload which states 25 AMP MAX but actually was more around 26-28 AMP before shutting down.
if any questions please feel free to ask, I'll update more as the hours continue...
