I used to race on a dirt track like this as a kid. Brings back good memories. Hope to get back into carting someday but not much as far as dirt tracks in the south jersey area. Ours got shut down for “noise violations”. They ran for over 20 years there. RIP Corsons Speedway

You need to trail break in the corners, it will keep your rpm’s up but still slows you down enough to turn and you will go a lot faster 😄

i put it in victory lane in both of my classes this weekend, starting off my career 6/6 haha, i think chris was down here running clone but i didn’t get to see his race unfortunately

You are never hitting the apex. Your letting these guys tush hog you around. Your way to low on entry. Quit that hand jesters shit too.The track officials don't care.I raced karts from the time I was 8 to 20 and I'm not a youtube driver I won the WKA Tennessee state championship in 1992 me and Barrett Terry raced hard that night. The biggest mistake I see is people on restarts. If your outside, lag back a half a kart and watch the flag man. If your behind somebody get on their bar and hold the brake and gas wide open if you can. The clutch will cool off. We used to drill holes in the bell of the horstman clutches just for that. I'd say technology and rules have changed alot. Hell I'm 45 now so that's been awhile. Hell we ran trick, bullet and scorpion frames back then. I can't imagine what they have now.
