Predator 670 jets backwards From the factory

I just put a older Kohler 18hp in mine i still have to finish the exhaust mine seems extremely loud when engaging the belts how does yours sound? Do they still currently sell parts? How did it do with the new engine?

I Have a Honda V-Twin gx670. Same deal ever since I bought this thing. It's one rich as crap and I'm wondering if I got a blown head gasket or if the carburetor is too rich for the setup and I'm thinking no. This is the same carburetor that's been on it from originally so it shouldn't be too rich but every time I put plugs in there it falls out any. Any suggestions would help

I don't feel so bad now!! I was kicking myself for not spending the extra money on a Honda. I would try to get a hold of Honda because they are excellent about handling faulty product. Doesn't matter how old it is. I heard some pretty crazy stories about them making customers happy. Engines smoke if the oil level is too high also. From what I've read the predators are pretty finicky about oil level. Hopefully you get it straightened out.
