How we should get in the car with them. My friend handled it well, i was freaking out. She managed to get them to leave after a lot of diplomacy. And brandishing her sun umbrella like she was ready to kill a man. It never happened to me again, because i dont leave the house and i dress and look like a 12 year old boy, but what horrified me was how she casually just went “oh, it happens all the time” I was 15 she was 16. When I was a latchkey kid in the eighties, I started hiding from cars when I wasn’t on a busy road because there were too many pushy men trying to see if I was okay, needed anything, wanted a ride, or to hang out. I had one guy try to offer me a hundred dollars (quite a bit for a kid in the eighties) when I refused he got out and grabbed my arm. I went limp and screamed at the top of my lungs. It was the middle of the day next to a busy street. No one stopped. I called the cops at the gas station a couple blocks away. They told me twice to wait at the gas station instead of going home (across the street) then never showed up. They never came to my house or called back either. The message was clear that they didn’t care. That’s why I could spot the creepy guys passing by over and over every day when kids would be walking home. Hours later, no cops and everything was silent, my roommate showed up and so I was able to open my door. The door to my room was damaged where he'd tried to kick it in, and the exterior door to the house was damaged where he'd kicked it open. I called the cops again, they said they drove down the street, but didn't get out of the car because everything was quiet, and so they left. The creep could have still been inside the house - actually for all they knew, he could have been in my room, I could have been tied up and gagged and the only thought in my head would have been: "thank god I called the cops. they will be here any minute....". It really damages your faith and trust in law enforcement, when they leave you hanging and act like they just don't care....

I believe the majority of women have been aware there are a very large number of predators of children (and of women, but we’re focused on the predators of children) and women have known this for hundreds of years, and we’ve passed this information on to the other women within our safe communities. Unfortunately, it’s taken far too long for a large number of men to realize this is the case (that there is a huge amount of the population that are predators). So in recent years, the tide has shifted more (thankfully!) and so that is why many people (especially men) are kinda shocked/surprised by how many predators are being called out publicly or are being caught. I think many people are coming to this realization in recent years.
@Lord_Shadowfang3 ай бұрын
It's not that they didn't know. It's that people seem to always want to control what everybody does. If you pay attention, there are reasons that this thing hasn't come up before. In the past, men were allowed to act. The predators would be dead the first time they so much as tried anything with a child. The parents were ever vigilant. Nowadays, being a predator is just a cool trend in the most disgusting groups. Everybody's hands are tied, so they are multiplying and becoming bolder.

I understand Walmart banning the group from a shopping center but it’s really upsetting and scary to think that they’re not willing to help prevent things like that from happening. As a 22 year old mom who has a girl, it’s my worst nightmare to even remotely think that something like this could happen. 😔
@zarasbazaar3 ай бұрын
What it comes down to is that these groups are bringing a potentially dangerous situation to someone else's place of business. That's why the cops bring predators to controlled sting houses, so they can limit the likelihood of bystanders getting hurt if something goes south.
@technoschnauzer43273 ай бұрын
I feel like it may be a safety issue, more of a theoretical one than a real one since most preds seem to just 'go limp' metaphorically or for real when confronted, that and the minimum wage janitor doesn't get paid enough. Definitely a difficult balance since there's a lot of states that allow conceal carry(not saying that's a bad thing just pointing it out) so there's always that possibility of them responding violently to confrontation, or the horror scenario of them somehow finding a kid in the store and hurting them thinking it's the decoy before the catchers get to them...
@StoicVeR3 ай бұрын
@@technoschnauzer4327 walmart creatures don't need to be antagonized to respond violently to stressful situations. anything controversy or safety related walmart does the bare minimum to achieve the participation trophy of "an attempt was made" and mitigate liabilities. They don't actually have a protocol for protecting employees or shoppers, that's what the police are for, and thats why some walmarts have an officer just standing guard outside the doors

8:40. So there can be “dents” on the top of the head from tight-fitting headphones, but these resolve on their own (think tight clothing leaving indents in your skin that go away). Permanent indents in the skull are usually due to premature closing of certain fontanelles (soft spots) that infants have when they are born. Of course you need to rule out bone diseases (including cancers), trauma, and other bone-deforming causes.

They are extremely compliant with the cops and they do everything they can to properly handle the chain of custody, and most of the videos do end up putting the People in Cuffs. Walmarts are prime gathering and meeting spots for small towns, predator baiting groups like Skeeter's just go with the flow of using what won't arouse suspicion as a meeting spot since most stings like these are in small towns.
