My wife and I did a taskmaster session for our family. We had a big trip so we had all of them over individually and filmed it, then I edited them and we watched it together. This is one of the ones we copied. It was so funny.

I’ve been wanting to do this for my family and friends. Did it turn out well, like you thought it would? Just curious for my own line of thought. Genuinely taking notes of some challenges they do for the best ideas. Haha.

​@@hugsnotdrugsjr.3003It turned out great. We did seven tasks, but nixed two of them because no one understood the instructions and I filmed one of them wrong. We used the participating couple's phones to shoot two angles and my wife did a moving shot while I was Alex. We had five couples participating so it took a few weeks to get everyone filmed and then it took me two weeks of editing, so be sure to give yourself plenty of time. I also got some bluetooth lapel mics for pretty cheap that made the audio a lot better.

@@hugsnotdrugsjr.3003 Huh. Weird. I responded, but it didn't respond for some reason. Sorry about that. It turned out great. We went all out. There were five couples (ten contestants) so we had them come over one couple at a time over a few weeks. No team tasks. I used the contestant's cellphones for two different camera angles while my wife filmed with her phone. I was Alex. I bought a pair of bluetooth lapel mics which really helped with the audio. We did seven tasks but cut two. One because no one understood the rules, the other because I didn't film it right. It took me about two weeks to edit all of the footage, but everyone had a blast.

I wouldn't mind having more tasks in the future that involved interacting with the other contestants. The "write and perform a play" from S14 is one of my favourite tasks in the series.

I like this task but I think it would have been better if they got 5 points if they predicted the other contestant's action, and lost 5 points if their action was predicted.

Feel like there's a really high chance they wouldn't do the same actions if you changed the rules. Peeps would try and do something unpredictable instead so can't use this task and just chance scoring
