There was a brazilian version of the predicta slightly different from the american version. Basically the position of the knobs and controls. In the 60s both models was sold here in Brazil.

Hey there, on an unrelated note I was watching one of your older videos where you mentioned being a Dr Who fan so I wanted share a story, when I was young my parents took me to a convention in the 70s and I got to meet Tom Baker and yes I touched the scarf

How did you get it back together?

Reverse of how I took it apart. First, wrap the steel band around and screw it down. Then, stretch the decorative band and slip it back in place.

Is that tenite? What happens when you have the white bloom that happens?

No, the 17" use acrylic. I polish off the white fog on the 21" Tenite screen covers with Novus #2.

@@newtronix Yes, it will and it shrinks more and more. Most sets have a visible gap around the outside.
