It’s not 10 conference games. Some of them are considered non-cons bc it was scheduled ahead of realignment. Also, Howard left BECAUSE of Avery Johnson. AJ is not the “replacement” lmao

Ok, yeah I thought 10 conference games didn't seem right...

I see BYU winning some games they probably shouldn’t on paper and going 6-6

I mean this in the best possible way, but these are kind of delusional takes. All of the PAC 12 teams joining have only played about 7 top-100 teams a year (every other ranked team has averaged 9 games a year against such opponents), and none of them have a winning record against teams that have finished 8-4 or better since 2018. Not even Utah. I think Utah had the talent to do it, but they can't stay healthy, and struggled against even just middle of the road PAC 12 teams. Teams like Oklahoma State, Kansas State, Kansas, Iowa State, and West Virginia are all just as good as teams like Oregon State and Arizona, which even Utah has barely been .500 against since 2018, even though every year is supposedly a "better roster than last year". I've got Oklahoma State and Kansas State as my picks for the conference championship. Also, BYU has had Wyoming's number for years, it's been a regular rivalry with a very lopsided recent history. Not even Josh Allen was able to help Wyoming beat BYU. Additionally, Colorado doesn't seem to have made much improvement to the run game which will kill them in the Big 12, and if they can't muster at least 70 yards a game, I don't see them winning more than maybe 5. Yes, the beat a 5-7 TCU team last year, but they also lost to Stanford and essentially Utah's second string team. Pump the brakes on CU until they can actually run the ball and stop the run.

Yeah they some improvements in the trenches, but I agree, not enough to make them a legit contender.

@@membroedits I promise I'm not trying to just bash your video, but I've been following the PAC 12 enough over the last few seasons to recognize that 2023 Oregon and 2023 Washington have been their only true playoff caliber teams since 2019. And with what happened to Washington, I think Oregon could realistically be the only one of the former PAC 12 teams to make the 12-team playoff this upcoming season. Utah has the second best chance, but they could never break the 10-win ceiling and always dropped a game or two that they shouldn't, even when healthy, and now they don't have Cal, Stanford, and UCLA on the schedule. Just looking at last year when the PAC 12 finally got good and competitive again, they barely pulled off 8-4. I get that Cam Rising was out, but I think he gets way overhyped. He finished 2021 with only 2600 passing yards, and his running style has always gotten him injured. In order to keep him healthy, he has to rein in the reckless scrambling, which forces him to pass the ball more, something that he's really just average at. Not good, not bad, just average.

It's obvious that you never watched Arizona in 2023 During their six game 🎯 win streak in the Pac 12 Name me another team besides Utah that was missing Cam Rising and Utah still had a good defense in 2023 So they were not injured It also shows that you know nothing Name me a great quarterback that has two Conference championships under his belt that doesn't go to the NFL Cam Rising is highly overrated And Utah has no offense K State is running a new offensive and is missing offensive lineman from last year Utah is missing a whole lot Meanwhile Arizona is practically running the same offense Since you think 💬 that you know Jedd so good Did he like to run the ball 🏈 Yes or no Coleman had over 800 yards in 2023 And Quali Conley as the number 2 rb at San Jose State had over 800 yards While the started had over 1000 And Jacory Croskey Merritt had 17 touchdowns and almost 1200 yards behind an average offensive line at New Mexico State and Lane Kiffin wanted him bad at Mississippi

Imagine bragging about a PAC 12 win streak.

What do you mean that Utah was not injured. They were missing 75-80% of their starters last year after 5 games. You also ask what quarterback does not go to the NFL? One that is still recovering from a blown up knee and hasn’t played for over a year. As to no offense. Utah did not have an offense last year. In 2021 and 2022 Utah averaged 38 points game. They also picked up several good receivers. Their defense held teams to 21 points a game both those years. Last year was about the same. Oh and tell me what Utah is missing they filled most of their positions that were needed thru the transfer portal.

@@Tobyoneal64 for the last time Cause you act like you are slow Dorian Singer is not a threat at all And Utah is not on threat on offense The only players you guys missed last year was the tight end and Rising Rising is not a great QB and the last time Arizona played Cam Arizona didn't have a Defense And please explain how the Utes slow offense is going to put up points against Arizona Who(Arizona can pass and run the ball 🏈 in 2024) and 22 personal is better on a team with better talent Utah is an average team

@@KipBennett-qf8yo Dude y'all butt hurt over Singer ditching AZ for USC. Get over it. AZ has had one winning season in the last 5 years and the coach who took you there ditched your ass too. Now you think that your all that. Brennan is nothing. He had 2 winning seasons at San Jose 7-5 both years. Before that his record is 12-35 between 2017-2021 excluding 2020 as covid year does not count. Fifita and McMillan are not going to save you either. Arizona lost to many players in the portal. Hope to see you on Sept 8th. Gonna be a totally different game from last year.
