1. Reed - 74 rec 908 yards 7 TDs 2. Doubs - 66 rec 726 yards 8 TDs 3. Wicks - 47 rec 676 yards 5 TDs 4. Watson - 43 rec 655 yards 5 TDs 5. Melton - 18 rec 268 yards 2 TDs I’m gonna expect Watson to not play the whole year but would be pleasantly surprised if he did, and in that case I would have his numbers much higher and Melton’s much lower

I am going to go 1. DOUBS (LEADING CATCHES) 2. REED (LEAD SCRIM. YRD) 3.WATSON (HEALTHY YEAR) 4. WICKS (MOST TD)
Doubs is my guy. He has strong hands and catches away from his body, and he's a great route runner. I'm looking forward to watching him Moss dudes on those 50/50 balls this season.

Wouldn't disagree with top 4 WRs in that order. Do have a sneaky feeling that CW burns an eagles rookie cb for a big td this Friday tho & redeem himself for the drop v vikings in week 1 two years ago. Looking forward to the game! Looking forward to the whole season!

His route running has improved each year and especially this offseason he’s looked way more fluid, his hands were never bad just had concentration drops but he got rid of those his rookie year.

I don't think I'd change what they did from last season. Not having a 1000 yard WR is only a problem if the QBs overall passing yard were low, but Love didn't have low passing yards. Having 4-5 WRs that all have an equal chance at getting the ball keeps defenses off balance. This is exactly how we overwhelmed the best defense in the NFL in the wildcard round, the Cobwoys defense didn't know what to do and guys were wide open all over the place. Teams don't do this more often because it's REALLY hard to get 4-5 good WRs. Dallas also showed the other end of the spectrum. Sure it's nice to have one great WR but look what happens when that gets taken away (we certainly learned this A LOT when Davante got neutralized in big games)? Even Joe Barry can shut down on offense built on one WR.

I think Doubs and Reed will be 1 and 2 and Wicks just behind Reed. But if Watson is healthy he would probably be higher.

I think Doubs, Watson, Reed & Wicks all gonna be between 700-900 yards depending on health. Maybe one barely cracks 1k. Musgrave & Kraft combining for about 800 yards. Then Jacobs, Lloyd, Wilson, Melton, Heath combining for 500 yards. With Love around 4,300 yards. I could also see Love only getting the same amount of passing yards as last year if Jacobs plays like how we hope. He’d be a reliable rushing threat that they could lean on if he stays healthy which might not make them so passing heavy like they were when Aaron Jones was injured.
@booser20112 ай бұрын
I have a bold take, I think itll be Doubs, Watson, Reed, Wicks. Doubs and Watson just over 1000, Reed and Wicks around 800 a piece and like u said, Reed will probably have another 200 rushing

To me every receiver on our roster could considered a number one ☝️ but my prediction is the receiver with the most yards will be the receiver with the most touches !
@Davini9942 ай бұрын
Watson could be anywhere. There were times when Love was forcing it to him when he was fit last year, which I wasn't too keen on. Hopefully he won't, and will continue to spread it around to whoever is open like he did down the stretch last year.

You think it's possible for a Watson, Reed, and Wicks each have a 100 yard game in the game?
@tpnurdle12 ай бұрын
I have Reed catching 80 passes. Wicks 85. Romeo somewhere in the low 90’s. Watson in the low 50’s and the TE room splitting up 100 catches. Bo and Heath will split up 42 catches between them. I have no clue on yards but I think Romeo and Reed will lead in TD’s.
@logandombroski11792 ай бұрын
90 for Doubs would be a ton, he had 59 catches on 96 targets last season and he played all 17 games.
@tpnurdle12 ай бұрын
@@logandombroski1179 Bas has him catching over 100. That I think is a small reach. I truly see him in the high 80’s to low 90’s. I think his and my predictions are quite ambitious. Realistically, I think 85 catches will be the top for 1,200 yards and 8-10 Touchdowns. Who does it? I think it’s between RD, Wicks, and Reed. This offense and the players in it is a spread the ball around machine. It’s not designed for 100 catches to one guy. Sure is fun to speculate though.
@logandombroski1179Ай бұрын
@@tpnurdle1 I’m not gonna lie Bas’ predictions are a little outrageous, although I hope he is right. I really don’t see any receiver getting 90+ catches or 1,000 but it’s definitely possible. I love the way Love spreads the ball around, so it just doesn’t feel right expecting one or two receivers to do a whole lot more than the others

If Watson stays healthy, I see no reason why he does not go over 1000 yards. He does not have the great hands and he still has to improve his route running but there is no reason why his route running does not improve. But when he catches the ball, he is such a threat to score from anywhere on the field. DB's aren't going to tackle him oven when they have the angle on him. That speed, that strength and that open field running are all elite and no other receiver in GB can match them. As for health, I do not believe that injuries can be predicted based on the past for any receiver unless their previous injuries affect their speed, for example an ACL or an Achilles. In other words, Doubs and Wicks have just as high a probability of getting hurt as Watson does. Actually, Reed should be the one most likely to get hurt as he will be running the ball more and getting tackled by a LB more. And based on this beating that Reed will take, I would lower his estimate and raise the estimate on his backup, Bo Melton. For the TE's, it depends on how they are used. Musgrave is in many ways a very big WR and it is going to be a speed mismatch whenever a LB is his man and a strength mismatch when he is covered by a safety. Kraft is a beast and very difficult to tackle so he can turn a 4 yard possession catch into 15 yards very quickly. So the question is whether GB will emphasize the running game and the TE's as opposed to intermediate and deep passes - and that is going to depend on the opposing D who gets to pick their poison.
