I spent over a decade working in restaurants in kitchens on the Monterey Peninsula in California, from the 80s to the early 90s and I would serve these any time of the week. Those would be an awesome side for a steak or other.😎

Bro that seasoning is BURNT - you should sear each side once without anything first, then season it midway through
