You should do this to every npc in Skyrim and than you have a Vivec Baar Dau scenario were if anyone ever turns on you you get instant revenge.

It changes a little, because he gains some items. But he doesn’t lose anything.

Why would it be reset? There is no reason to do this when it is the same character in design and lore.

@@Buglin_Burger7878 Because there's no reason to transplant the NPC unmolested. He disappears for like, 2 hours in game. Just take him out of memory and spawn another copy with the eye of the falmer in the inventory. It just turns a moveto command into a place command. It's bizarre.
