Can’t believe that ‘Jordan’ is 30+ years ago and ‘Andromeda’ 24... this song is wistful and melancholy (although I don’t find it ‘depressing’) and when it came out I relished both the production and the sentiment, nostalgic for the Beatles of my youth. Now I’m nostalgic for both Prefab AND the Beatles. Thanks, Paddy!

It's so hard to find this fantastic song, just like an adventure. I just only remembered some other songs of a DVD that I bought about 18yrs ago,like "damn i wish i was your lover","love...thy will be done","time after time","sexual healing" and what else~I have searched so many time using the keywords "electric guitars" by search engines(by the way,I didn't recall the name of this band from England).Just like my thought,the results are far away from what I need.Finally,I only could type some words within the lyrics like "woke up" "girls fainted""electric guitars"etc.and I am glad to find out this great song.It make me so happy and emotional~~Besides,I have tried to find this for a couple of years.Hope you love it too.

I know this comment is two years old, but it sounds a lot to me like the "Overdrive Guitar" sound from the Roland SC-55 soundfont, a set of MIDI (digital) instruments that was used everywhere in the 90s, even in video games like Doom and Duke Nukem 3D. That's probably why it sounds cheesy, but as a Doom and Roland SC-55 nerd, it was funny to hear that sound here!
