Y' gotta check and make sure there no water, dirt, or debris! Lovely specimen btw very well maintained.

As a private pilot how often in a day do i need to do a preflight? Eg: If i do a full preflight in the morning before i go out then i fly my family to say a winery for lunch and leave the helicopter unattended for an hour while having lunch do i need to preflight the helicopter again before returning home? What about if the helicopter never leaves my sight?

Your Operators Manual should have a "Thru Flight" check. Not as intense/detailed as the First Flight of the Day Flight. So, I recommend a good meticulous First Flight of the day Pre-Flight and then a "Thru Flight" exam prior to each successive flight. Also, do a post flight walk around after each flight.

born2flyau I rather to do several checks instead of just one funeral, pre flight is mandatory for your own safety, you do not know if in a previous flight any part brakes or get damaged.

Thanks for sharing, good video. To me this is a pretty confusing way to set up a checklist. It doesn't seem to have any flow. Just jumping around.. Is that the published Bell checklist? Thanks

Good video? Er, nope. That’s why it’s confusing …

Noticed there were many neutral safety wired screws and nuts on the rotor head assembly.

That platform is dangerous sir. You can trip so easily and get hurt. Not good. The glass on fuel ck. Must be clear. You got the wrong one. Just an opinion ..

Good thing the one editing (or not editing) the video isn’t the one flying this aircraft. Terrible presentation and preflight waffle for the uninitiated. Now, y’all look for them cracks, d’ya hear!
