Love! I can't really walk during this pregnancy and I loved that I could just sit down. Definitely will be doing this daily so I can work on getting that upper body strength.

Wonderful. Not pregnant but struggle to find pilates upper body workouts that I can do as I have a condition with many exercise resctrictions including no isometric exercises so no planks or push ups etc or 'proper' weight lifting so its wonderful to find a simple and quick routine for my arms that fits what I need. Thanks so much 😊

I used to do these workouts during my pregnancy with my almost 4 years old baby ! and now I am back doing it while I am pregnant. It is crazy because I think I memorized all her comments during the workout because I did it so many times 😂 I am really grateful for your videos, Thank you 💕

Thanks, this was just what I needed at week 39! I've given up on going to the gym as i'm afraid i'll go into labour; and my old running and Bikram yoga have also been out for a few weeks. So I have been feeling really sluggish as a result! I'd love to see some exercies to strengthen hips to get me back into jogging again after baby comes (this sunday!), but am aware you have to be careful of the perineum - can you show us any safe exercises we can do whilst waiting for this to heal?

Tamara Newell Some more upper and lower body stuff with different excercises maybe. Or a full body pilates workout? Or something for when you feel like doing some excercise but aren't feeling 100%. Thanks :)

How much s the weight of the dumbels ??

Stick with 5 lb and below, typically 2 or 3lb. Form is more important than heavy weight. If you're shoulders are up by your eyes, lower the weight.
