We use light weights to maintain and build your arm and back strength. We focus on your biceps, triceps, upper back, middle back, lower back, shoulders, and abs to keep your posture aligned and release any tension or pain you may be experiencing. This makes my back feel great and stops my shoulder pain. My baby is 6 weeks now but I’m keeping this in my workout post pregnancy.

This helped me so much with my back! I also appreciate how short & sweet your videos are! It's so hard to follow a video when my toddler is jumping all over me, but these are perfect. I can get in a good stretch without having to ditch the video partway through. Plus he likes to join a long for the first few minutes. :)
