Sona, me apke saare vedios se bahut connect karti hu, apki saari journey meri personal journey bahut match karti hai, like apki marriage, ghar or baby. Same meri shadi ko bhi 14 july me 10years complete ho gaya and we have not a baby but your positive vedio ne wo kaam kar diya jo dr. Bhi nahi kar paaye. Now i am pregnant without any treatment only apke vedios hi dekhne se, apki marriage wala vedio jisme apne btaya ki apki shaadi ko bhi 10saal complete ho gaye the. that vedio was very positive for me. Touch wood... god bless u. Add pomegranate to your diet. Since u have read and research so much. U already know everything... onething for sure is u will have a lot of hairfall after delivery. U must have read about it as well. So please go for short hair cut. The feeling of falling hair is not good. Long is even more bad. I have experienced it. anyway u look good in short hair has well.. and it will be easy to mange also sona ❤ take care.

Yes yes I am aware about hair fall post delivery. I have shoot lined up with baby very soon once I deliver so till then keeping hair as it is. Later on will opt short hair upon need☺️

Sona 2 more things. Post delivery have u planed your diet. Doctor's will tell u can eat everything. But in india specific eat and don't eat food items are there. It varies from north to south. So pls check on this. Don't miss gond ki laddu. Do of a study on it so u know what to buy from where to by. Where ur cook knows d recipes. It will help in milk production and to strengthen the body. Some are myths. But now itself u have planned it will be good.

2nd thing is family planning after child birth, chances of conceiving is high after child birth. Now that u r in d right frame of mind. Pls plan what u want to do. Discuss with gyno. Check pros and corns of all possibilities. Take care... take rest ❤
