આખા મહિના દરમિયાન ક્યારે સંભોગ (sex) કરવાથી pregnancy રહે છે?

✏️આજે આપણે વાત કરીશું કે આખા મહિના દરમિયાન pregnancy નાં ચાન્સ(chance) ક્યારે સૌથી વધારે હોય છે?
અહીં સૌથી પેહલા pregnancy માટે બે વસ્તુ જોઈએ, એક sperm અને બીજું ovum, એક ovum શરીરમાં માત્ર બે જ દિવસ જીવતું રહી શકે છે. પછી તે મરી જાય છે તો તેના પછી તમે કેટલું પણ try કરીલો તમારી pregnancy નહિ રહે. અને ovulation પેહલા પણ તમે ઘણી try કરશો તો પણ pregnancy નહિ રહે.
બીજું છે sperm, sperm release થાય પછી તે શરીમાં 4 થી 5 દિવસ survive કરી શકે છે. તો તમારે ovulation પેહલા જ relation બનાવવું જોઈએ. જેનાથી તમારી બોડીમાં પેહલે થી જ sperm રહેલા હોય.
અહી જો તમારા periods ટાઈમ પર નથી આવતા તો તમારે પેહલા તેને ચોકકસ કરવા પડશે. જો કોઈક વાર periods 2 દિવસ પહેલા આવી જાય તો તે નોર્મલ છે અથવા 4-5 દિવસ મોડા આવે તો પણ તે નોર્મલ છે પરંતુ જો આ કરતા વધારે ગેપ હોય તો તમારે doctor ની સલાહ જરૂર લેવી જોઈએ.
અહી તમારે periods નાં 3 થી 4 દિવસ પહેલા અને ovulation પછી ના 2 દિવસ તમે relation રાખી શકો છે એટલે કે મહિના માં તમારે 5 થી 7 વાર relation રાખવું જોઈએ. તે પછી તમે તેને સ્કીપ કરી શકો છે.
When to engage in sexual activity to get pregnant? To maximize the chances of getting pregnant, you need to understand your menstrual cycle and ovulation cycle. Ovulation mostly occurs in the middle of your menstrual cycle.
There are various methods to track your ovulation including tracking your menstrual cycle. It is recommended by experts to have sexual intercourse every 2 to 3 days throughout the menstrual cycle.
It is important to understand that sometimes even after tracking your ovulation & menstrual cycle and having sex accordingly could not guarantee pregnancy!
