Wow your amazing. I had all three of my children natural, but not at home. I walked Miles and miles with my first and some with the two. Walking is the key I think. I'm very excited and happy for your family! Alana is are amazing I wish you an amazing labor process.

Alana you look absolutely stunning!!! As always!!! But, especially as a 40 week prego mama!!! So glad you take lots of photos and videos of you and your family while you're pregnant! It's something I wish I did more of. Also, Jack you're an amazing father and partner to Alana and Banks! I LOVE your home birth set up and thanks for sharing! Even though my kids are now 26 and 22 I still love hearing stories about couples embracing the home birth experience. It's seems rare to hear about people today having home births. I'm a big fan of your growing family! I had both my daughter and my son at home and would not change a thing! I love that you and Jack are sending the message both to women to believe in their bodies and the process of natural birth and also to the men to believe in their partners and support the practice of home births! Love how you two are staying connecting as partners and prioritizing one another! This will take you far and make you better parents!!! I had my son 9mos. I was riding my bike back from the beach 5miles away so 10miles and I did this everyday just about skate boarding to beach till like 6mos. and I just started riding my bike all the time and he had a baby bike seat and I just kept riding bike to beach with baby .

Organic castor oil. My son was a week late and after a long beach walk plus castor oil, I went into labor that night. 22 years ago. :) Take good care and rest up.

@@aclementine9928 - I dunno if it’s toxic but there seems to be a heavy debate about whether or not it’s too risky. Evidently it makes you poop and there’s a risk that the baby can poop as well while still inside the womb, which I think they say puts the baby at risk with possibly inhaling it upon delivery. Not good. But others seem to think it’s fine. I’ve seen people argue online about it. I personally wouldn’t wanna chance it. But that’s just me.

@@reign4723 Interesting! Apparently the oil in itself may not be very toxic so long as there is no ricin in it but the castor bean contains ricin, which is toxic. I don't think I would consume it either, just to be on the safe side, personnally
