Jessica, I just birthed my first baby girl last week -- almost 9lbs and I did not tear at ALL after pushing for 20 minutes! My doctor was astounded, as were the nurses. I credit your yoga videos, which I did multiple times a week, and especially the yogi squat, which I tried to practice every day. I was a college athlete, but never into yoga until pregnancy. Thank you for your informative and enjoyable videos... I'm so grateful for you!

Wow congratulations! Was this your first baby period or just your first girl? If that was your first baby I'm hella impressed! I'm pregnant with my first and she's a girl too. I've done a lot of research and the first can be really tough.

I almost dozed off at the end there, meaning the class was that good and relaxing. Been doing your yoga practices everyday and currently at 21 weeks. AM praying for a safe and healthy pregnancy and normal delivery.

Today, I'm 17w6d - I've had horrendous time since week 8th and I'm still fighting nausea and vomiting but I'm finally starting to feel a bit more energised. Today was my 1st exercise with you. After all those weeks, I'm unable to stay in some poses, but I will just listen to my body. Thank you ❤

I'll be 17 weeks this week, and I've been horrible at staying active this pregnancy because chasing a toddler around is exhausting! But I'm committed to doing what I need to to get my body in shape for labor, and I'll be working on doing 2 or 3 of your videos a week. Thank you, this video was the perfect start to my focus back on staying stretched and active!

I am so thankful I have found your videos! currently 24 weeks with my first and I needed something to keep moving and stretching and I have done your videos 5 days/week for the last 3 weeks and I can tell such a difference!! In my second trimester and was very active before pregnancy but did not have energy in the first trimester. Started having constant headaches now and my body was screaming workouts. Thank God I found your videos. Amazing yoga session. My headache just went off and I am feeling so much better and myself now!! Will do them everyday! Thank you 😇

I just started yoga today as I enter my 2nd trimester and I am positive that this well help me feel better on my remaining weeks of my pregnancy. I am having twins so I really have to move my body and do things that is needed.

This was, surprisingly, really good! I am halfway through my second trimester and a muscular mom so taking the day off from hitting the weights and doing something more relaxing for my body and my baby felt really good! I think that I am going to add these workouts to my off days and recovery. Good stuff!

Thanks for this. After 3 months of severe hyperemesis and being too weak to even stand long enough to shower, it feels good to be able to move again. But this was tough, I can really feel how much my muscles have weakened after being immobile for so long!

Someone was just telling me 30 minutes of yoga, 5 times a week is the best exercise to prevent preeclampsia. I have struggled with high BP in pregnancy. I've been trying to do this one plus some other preventative measures. I've had some pretty stressful weeks, and even with white coat syndrome, I had 110/60 BP today! 🎉🎉🎉

This feels like a well-targeted workout, but it was rough on my neck. You spend a lot of time bending forward so I had to constantly hold my head up actively, had to modify it a bit, keep in mind if your neck is sensitive like mine.

Thank you, that felt great. Question: when on all four positions, are we supposed to be engaging our core? I don't want my belly to just hang but sometimes I wonder how you engage your core and breathe at the same time in that position haha. I want to avoid diastisis recti. Thank you!
