Real identities kept from deceased people cultivated throughout the years with fake memories, fake medical history, fake documents and so on. If not for anything else, intelligence agencies would be able to do so just to maintain a cover on their operatives.. who would more often than not be under scrutiny of the people they want to get near to.. Some women are very manipulative and from this story, you could see how rotten Willow is by trying to deceive the MC by lying about her purity and to make the MC raises her first love's child. No shit. I took care of my terminally ill mother who died from cancer. I can tell you from both dealing with her and talking with other cancer patients and survivors, that they damn sure don't have the energy to plow or get plowed if they're undergoing any kind of cancer treatment. Chemo, radiation, and various other methods all take your vitality away. They literally keep you walking a balance of killing the cancer verses killing you. So no, anybody getting treatment isn't up for an all night rodeo, so to speak. Even if not, if it's late stage/terminal...they aren't going to either.
