Try the tester pots on a white wall or paint the tester pots on plain paper like computer sheets lucy because the colour you have already on the walls is diseving and will look different . a good trick with the painted paper you can move them around to different areas in.the room and different light during the day it does make a difference on the outcome of paint shade And also write on the back where they come from and shade it's so much easier so you can remember I'm giving you advice because that's what I do when I decorate 😊xx

Oh bless you lucy I had low iron with my first and was on some horrid tablets I hated it I really feel for u I also had high blood pressure in all my pregnancies that too is a ball ache I hope u feel better soon sweetie all worth it when the girlies are in your arms xxxxx

If you get the liquid iron, put it in orange juice, taste so much better and the vitamin c helps iron absorption.

I take spatone i havnt been diagnosed with low iron but im tired constantly and it really helps me. If you get the apple one it tastes abit like apple juice. They can be expensive but boots and holland and barratt usually have them on some sort of offer. You dont get any side effects with spatone either x

I had slightly low iron levels when I was pregnant with my second, I was feeling tired, dizzy etc so I tried spatone and honestly it really helped me! I was recommended by my friend who is a midwife x

You can buy iron tablets over the counter, I’m constantly on and off them and always buy them over the counter as it’s cheaper than a prescription, I know yours would be free at the moment but if you run out again, it is possible to get them x

I’m 29 weeks and found out last week at my 28 week appointment that my iron is low too. They just prescribe you some iron tablets and it sorts it. Best of luck to you x

Does that mean your expected to carry the twins for another 10 weeks Lucy??? I has polyhydramnious (excessive amniotic fluid) during my son’s pregnancy and delivered him at 32 weeks but measured 40 weeks. So lovely that you’re recording your pregnancy. You’ll always be able to look back at the videos as memories. ✨✨

Hi Lucy , you are so beautiful !! Please make sure you wear 50 + sunscreen on your face because you might get melasma because pregnancy makes you more prone to it and it’s difficult to get rid of . I am qualified aesthetician and I hope you don’t mind me saying . Mum of 5 as well . Good luck with your little girls .! X

I was really sick when drinking Spatone after a few days of taking it. Had to stop taking it after a week... even when mixed in with drinks. Yuck

Blood pressure is individual, if it rises you should check it, but if your consitent i don't think there's anything to worry about. (Jordan not you)

lovely vlogs. I have twin sisters too and am 1 of 9 kids in my family. No one has had any twins and I'm a little sad about it. However is it odd that out of all my youtubers that I watch I first saw your twin reveal and then another mother I follow just found out she is also expecting twins!! so its fun watching you two at the same time and comparing pregnancies. It's a daddy long legs, which are craneflies. Long legs, winged insects. They flutter about and hang around windows and doors. Luckily it's a very short season.

You can get prescription strength over the counter at the chemist, I’ve been on and off them for years and always buy them over the counter as it’s cheaper than prescription

I had 16 daddy long legs in my kitchen in 3 days ....eeek !! they are horrible!! please try other meds instead of omaprazole as it is not a nice medication ...magnesium trisilicate is a far better/safer one .... It sounds like Jordan has either a mild frozen shoulder or the start of an impingement that is unless he injured it ?? a reduction of animal products will decrease both your blood pressures( being fully plant based/vegan would be ideal as it will help with health full stop) xxx

It is dark chocolate ,it is only milk chocolate that is not vegan, i posted the rest of the comment prior to when you mentioned the vegan bit ... dairy ,meat and other animal products block the arteries and that causes high blood pressure, strokes ,heart disease,fatty liver which leads to diabetes and lifestyle cancers xxx
