A Bahamas Air ATR 42-600 registration C6-BFS, performing flight BHS230 from Miami International Airport (KMIA) to Nassau Lynden Pindling International Airport (MYNN) during climb out of Miami declared medical emergency, reported unresponsive pregnant lady on board, requested priority handling and return to the airport of departure.
