I gave only home made food. I had my second baby in Germany, here also I started researching but I have shocked after seeing the ingredients and how much government give importance to the food industry. All the baby foods are without adding sugar ingredients. After seeing all these food regulations really we are way behind in protecting our kids life in India. Somehow without knowing in India we started giving oil and added sugar content to the kids and we too started consuming. A request to all the parents check what is your kid is eating and give them a healthy food. The future generations health is only in the parents care. No one is going to take responsibility if anything happens to our kid health because of some food.
