Start a 2 player game. One team that you want to lead to glory and another you don't care about. Then funnel all the money to your favoured team via the transfer market. This way you can start the game with a load of extra money. Alternatively the easiest way to cheat is to just save before every game and then keep reloading and replaying until you win.
