Is Premiere Pro something you'd use for creating great KZbin shorts? I plan on using it for longer form content (and so glad I came across your channel!) but curious if this would be overkill for shorts? Keeping watch time high through Transitions, titles and effects are what I'm after. Thanks Lila!

Hey! I use premiere for shorts because i know the software really well so it doesn’t feel like overkill. They actually have a very helpful “vertical” workspace now to edit vertical videos. If you’re planning on using it for longer form vids, shorts may be a great way to learn the software. There’s a lot of apps for creating shorts so it’s just personal preference at the end of the day!

When you pay for a mainstream track on Lickd, is it for just a single video or any video/platform? What if you cancel your subscription?

You pay for a license per video. You can use the song multiple times in the same video. The subscription is only for their stock music library. As long as you use their music with an active subscription, you should be fine. You won’t get in trouble for past videos as long as you did use an active subscription when you uploaded them.
