use the microphone icon in the timeline (on any of the audio tracks) to record directly in premiere pro. Then in the audio workspace or essential sound panel you can do some noise reduction. If that's not sufficient, I recommend using the noise reduction tool in adobe audition :)

Not sure if you can download songs from Spotify but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to publish the videos due to copyright infringement.
